Our Story

Tea, the visionary behind TEAZ, has crafted a story of incredible resilience and renewal. They have dedicated themselves to the arduous work of rebuilding their life, after depression led them to the profound darkness of a serious suicide attempt in 2020 at only 18 years old. Through four years of intense therapy, unwavering support and uncovering their diagnosis of combined ADHD and Mild Autism they have emerged stronger and more determined. This is the story of how TEAZ came to fruition.

Sport and fitness were once the bedrock of Tea’s life, fueling their passion and drive. However, mental health struggles during high school disrupted their journey. Yet, Tea’s story did not end there.

In 2022, Tea reignited their passion for life by returning to the gym. This choice not only rejuvenated their spirit but also provided a profound sense of purpose. Beyond the gym, Tea discovered a deep love for skating and martial arts, especially Muay Thai, which has led them on journeys to Thailand for training. Tea’s resilience and dedication are shining examples of how embracing one’s passions can lead to profound transformation and joy.

Tea’s journey is not just a personal triumph but a beacon of hope for others who have faced similar struggles. Through their own transformation, Tea aspires to show that no matter how dark the path may seem, there is always a way forward.
